Cataract Surgery May Decrease Risk of Developing Dementia
A recent article cited “Researchers in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Washington-Seattle have found that undergoing cataract surgery decreases the risk of dementia by about 30 percent. The group’s results were published online in early December in JAMA Internal Medicine.”
