These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Ginsberg Eye SMS Text Messaging Program (“Program”). By opting in, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Program Description

Ginsberg Eye uses SMS to communicate directly with patients who have provided prior express written consent. Messages are non-promotional and may include:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Scheduling updates or reschedule options
  • Service alerts and important office announcements
  • Customer service responses to patient inquiries
  • Secure links to patient portal or practice website

Messages may contain embedded links and phone numbers. No unsolicited marketing or age-restricted content is sent.

Frequency

Patients may receive up to 4 messages per week.

STOP Command Process (Unsubscribe Instructions)

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying with the keyword “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “QUIT,” or similar commands to (239) 977-8450.

  • You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out.
  • After confirmation, you will not receive additional SMS messages unless you re-enroll.
  • To re-enroll, reply “START” or provide a new consent through our website or staff.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Ginsberg Eye is not responsible for service interruptions, lost or misdirected messages, or any technical issues outside of our control.

User Consent

Patients may opt in to the Program by one of the following methods:

  • Website: Submitting a form with SMS consent selected.
  • Keyword Opt-In: Texting “START” to (239) 977-8450.
  • Verbal/In-Person: Providing consent verbally, followed by a confirmation SMS.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • Consent is not a condition of treatment or purchase.
  • Message frequency will not exceed 4 messages per week.
  • Instructions are provided in every SMS for opting out.
